10 Week Custom Nutrition Plan
Please note, after purchase you will immediatly recieve a diet and training questionnaire form to fill out. Please fill everything out, it's important that I know your current level of training and frequency to best determine the nutrition that will be right for you.

You will get at least 2 revisions during the 10 week period. Revisions are always based upon progress pictures and feedback.
The nutrition plan is customized based upon your weight, activity, and your goals. I don't use any programs or any fancy software. I don't have any assistants. I do everything myself based on my 16 years of knowledge. I've tried every diet and I know exactly what works and what doesn't work.
I break down each meal for the day. Within each meal, I give you different food options and list the protein carbs fat so you can be flexible if you want. For example, you have the choice of eating an apple or popcorn or 1/2 cup white rice. There's no guess work involved, I create everything you need to be successful.
I want you to learn as we work together so that I can turn it into a lifestyle and not just a "diet". I don't do zero carb diets, I always include fruits on meal plan and my clients enjoy the variety of food.
